Information for Jackson Memorial HS, Jackson Liberty HS and Goetz Middle School Ski Clubs

The Jackson Ski Club is active in January, February and March each year.  SKIIERS AND BOARDERS ARE WELCOME!!  

If you want to try skiing or boarding for the first time,  we are the club for you!!

Note:  There are No Refunds due to the fact that we prepay for our trips. Please consider all school and family functions in January, February and March before signing up!! Don't Forget to check testing dates for SAT, ACT or any placement tests.  

The trips consists of mountains located in PA or NY that are one day trips.  Some trips leave the highschool at 5 AM and use the 8 am to 4 pm on mountain time.  We return around 7-8 pm to the JMHS parking lot. We have one or two trips that leave a little later which allows us to have time on the mountain from noon to 8pm or for Elk, 10 pm. These buses leave the HS later and arrive at JMHS 2-3 hours after the ending mountain time.

We also take one weekend trip.  We depart JMHS parking lot about 2pm on a Friday.  We ski/board all day Saturday and until 2 or 3 pm on Sunday.  We return about 930 pm to the JMHS parking lot on Sunday.  This trip is only open to HS students and only those that have attended at least one trip this year.

All Due dates are included in the paperwork.  We only take 40 students on the Overnight,  First come First serve.  Get your name on the list ASAP with a deposit when the paperwork goes out and pay your balance on time!  

The Overnight Trip is scheduled in March.  The overnight trip will sometimes CONFLICT with the spring sports schedule.  There are NO REFUNDS for rescheduled trips or for any reason.  All monies are prepaid to our vendors.  Please check your dates before paying deposit.
